Adding an item to the enquiry cart does not create a contract, reserve stock, or take payment. Enquiries can be withdrawn before any accepted invoice or supply arrangement.

Before payment
Availability, documentation, buyer eligibility, destination rules, payment method, delivery terms, and lawful intended use must be confirmed before any transaction is accepted.
After acceptance
Any approved transaction will be governed by its written quotation, invoice or supply terms. Those documents must state delivery, inspection, damage reporting, temperature-sensitive handling, documentation discrepancies, cancellation and authorised-return procedures.
No unauthorised returns
Products must not be returned without prior written authorisation and handling instructions. This is important for product integrity, chain of custody, temperature control and safety. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Business-only model
The intended model is business and professional procurement, not consumer selling. If the business later supplies consumers, the website and transaction terms must be revised before doing so to address applicable consumer information, cancellation and refund rights.
